Run as Admin.
Done.

No configuration. No installation. Just a USB drive and a Windows machine.

Download and extract to USB
Download the RHL Tools zip, extract it to a USB drive. Keep the folder structure intact — each tool has its own folder with its launcher, script, guide, and Reports folder.

Plug into the target machine
Insert the USB into the Windows 10/11 machine you want to scan. No software needs to be installed on the target machine.

Right-click the launcher → Run as Administrator
Each tool has a .bat launcher. Right-click it and select Run as Administrator. UAC will prompt — click Yes. The execution policy is bypassed automatically.

Follow the prompts
The tool walks through each scan section. Depending on the tool and mode, it will report findings, prompt before removing anything, or remediate automatically.

Check the Reports folder
When the scan finishes, a formatted report is saved to the tool's Reports folder on the USB. Take the USB with you — your records go where you go.
